CLT Wholesale is a high-volume home improvement liquidation retailer and wholesaler based in Cornelius, North Carolina, built around one simple idea: give customers direct access to great products at prices traditional retail cannot match.

Operating from our 110,000-square-foot facility, we buy and move truckloads of inventory from major retailers, manufacturers, and national brands across the country. Our inventory changes constantly and includes major appliances, tools, outdoor power equipment, home improvement products, mattresses, equipment, and other high-demand categories.

CLT Wholesale operates at the intersection of retail, wholesale, and liquidation. Some customers come in for a single refrigerator or washing machine. Others purchase pallets, truckloads, or inventory for their own businesses. Our model is built to serve both.

Because we purchase inventory at scale, we are able to offer scratch-and-dent, open-box, overstock, discontinued, returned, and other liquidation merchandise at significant discounts from traditional retail pricing.
