Home Improvement Liquidation & Warehouse Deals
CLT Wholesale offers changing home improvement merchandise from liquidation channels, giving Charlotte-area shoppers more than appliances. Categories vary by shipment, and everything is available to inspect in person.
What comes through
Flooring, shower inserts and doors, seasonal items and other home improvement products, depending on what each truckload brings.
Check the condition yourself
Every unit is different. Come see it in person before you buy. All sales are final, and our team is happy to answer questions on the floor.
Why the selection changes
New truckloads arrive all the time, so what's on the floor changes week to week. Follow our weekly flyers on Instagram or text DEALS to (980) 507-5080 to hear about new arrivals.
Getting it home
Every item is available for pickup at 10847 Bailey Rd in Cornelius, Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Bring a vehicle that fits and help to load big items. Local shipping can be arranged through a third party, quoted per order and paid separately.
